Oil or fat spills over the edge of the fryer during frying. What should I do?
Make sure there is not too much oil or fat in the fryer. Fill the fryer with oil, liquid frying fat, or melted solid fat to a level between the MIN and MAX indications. Make sure the food you want to fry is dry and that there is not too much food in the basket (check the table in the instructions for use for the appropriate amounts).
