What are the advantages of a fryer with a cool zone?


A fryer with a cool zone has two advantages:

  1. It makes sure your oil or fat stays cleaner and therefore lasts longer. This guarantees a healthier frying process because the cool zone prevents burnt food particles from deteriorating the oil or fat. Furthermore it saves money because the oil or fat needs to be changed less often.
  2. The fryer is easier to clean because the heating element is attached to the control panel, which makes these electronic parts easy to remove. Cool zone fryers can be disassembled completely. All parts, except the control panel with heating element, can be cleaned in the dishwasher or with hot soapy water.
