The timer allows you to set the frying time you want. The maximum time you can set is 99 minutes. When the preset time has elapsed, you will hear a few beeps. Please note that the timer only indicates the end of the frying time, but does not switch the fryer off.

HD6107, HD6123, HD6155: The timer is removable, so you don’t have to stay near your fryer to hear the beeps indicating the end of the frying time.
