What is Active Air Control?


Active Air Control is a closed system, based on the principle of condensation, that reduces frying odors up to 100%. The system condenses the steam produced by frying into water in a continuous process. The condensed water is collected in a water reservoir in the bottom of the fryer housing. The level indicator at the front of the reservoir tells you how much water has already been collected in the reservoir and the maximum amount it can contain.
