How often should I use the Bright Light?
We advise you to start using the appliance as soon as you feel the winter blues coming on. Start with one session a day on 5 to 7 consecutive days, preferably in the morning. Most people will start to feel better within 5 days. If you don't notice any improvements within this time, continue to use the appliance for another 7 to 14 days and take longer sessions. Don't give up too soon. Some people may need up to two weeks before they notice any significant improvement.
