The display shows an error code and the appliance beeps continuously.

Answer

The Innergize HB935/HB937 produces an error code in case of a power supply interruption during the upstart checking routine. This can only happen if in the first second after connecting the appliance the socket-plug connection is weaker than 100%. To reset the appliance you can do the following:
  1. Place the power plug in the wall socket
  2. Press the "pause/repeat"-button and keep it pressed when pressing the following buttons:
  3. Press first on the "+"-button, then press "-" button, then "+" and again "+"button( so: + - + +).
  4. Release the pause/repeat button.

The error code is now removed and the beeping has stopped. Since the product is totally ready to be used again and the chance that this will happen again is very small, no further action has to be taken. Nevertheless just by making a small adaptation we can completely solve this problem with the appliance. To arrange this we advise you to take the appliance to your dealer or a Philips service centre.

If the reset procedure does not work, the appliance needs to be examined to determine the cause of the problem and the best solution. We advise you to take the appliance to your dealer or a Philips service centre.
