The iron is plugged in but the soleplate is cold.


Check with customer:

1. The state of the mains cord, plug and wall socket

  • If there is any visible damage >> proceed according to local procedure.

2. The temperature dial setting

  • If temperature is set to MIN, ask customer to try a higher temperature setting.

3. (Only models with dual-voltage setting) The voltage setting of the appliance.

  • Ensure the setting is correct for customer's current location (either 120V or 240V).

If issue still persists >> faulty, proceed according to local procedure.
