My appliance does not charge. What can I do?


  • Check if the charger is properly plugged in (small plug in the charger, adapter in the wall socket).
  • Switch off the the device.
  • Place the shaver properly in the charger (you will hear a click) and wait until the charging pilot light goes on.

The appliance should now start charging.
