The appliance does not work. What should I do?


There are a few possibilities why the appliance doesn’t start operating:

  • Connection problem: check if the plug has been inserted in the wall socket properly. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and reinsert it.
  • Cover has not been properly attached to the bowl: press the cover down onto the bowl until it locks into place with a click.
