My appliance worked pretty well at first, but now it is not working so well anymore. What should I do now?


  • Interrupt the application to clean the head according to the user manual, as hairs might have got stuck in the head or its surrounding. 
  • Check if the charging pins are soiled (e.g. shower gel, shaving foam or dirt has accumulated around the charging pins), the charging capacity might be reduced.
  • Optimize the lifetime of the rechargeable battery:
    Fully charge the device and let it run dry. Repeat this 2 to 3 times.
    Let the device run dry at least twice a year and fully charge it afterwards.
  • When the appliance still does not work very well, take it to your dealer or the nearest Philips Service Center.
