What should I do when the appliance does not work any more?


  • Make sure that the device is properly switched on.
  • Charge the appliance according to the instructions in the user manual.
  • The appliance does not run from the mains when the battery is empty.
  • Make sure the appliance is switched off during charging.
  • Verify whether there is a power failure and if the wall socket is life.
  • Make sure that the appliance is charging by checking if the light on the adapter lights up.
  • When it does not light up or when the appliance still does not work, take it to your dealer or the nearest Philips Service Center.
