What should I do when I can’t switch on the vacuum cleaner?

Possible cause

Probably the filter cylinder unit is not or not properly inserted into the dust bucket.

Please follow the steps below to be able to switch on the vacuum cleaner again.
1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner
2. Remove the filter cylinder unit from the bucket
3. Make sure the filter cylinder has been fitted properly in the filter cylinder case. It must lock into place with a click.
4. Insert the filter cylinder unit back into the bucket
5. Firmly close the appliance. The cover must close with a click.
6. Insert the mains plug properly into the wall socket
