What should I do when my appliance does not work anymore?


If your appliance does not work anymore, please follow the instructions below:

  • Make sure that the travel lock is not activated.
    • To deactivate the travel lock, press and hold the on/off button for 6 seconds.
    • Connect the appliance to the mains, this will automatically deactivate the travel lock

If the above does not solve your problem, please go to your local Philips dealer or contact our Consumer Care Center.
