Why does the pulp feel wet?

The wetness of the pulp depends on:

  • The consistency of the fruits and vegetables used
  • The amount of fibers, as fibers can block the mesh holes of the sieve so that the juice flows into the pulp container instead of the jug.

To prevent this:

  • Clean the sieve after every juicing cycle
  • Fill the feeding tube slowly, piece by piece
  • Don't exert too much pressure on the pusher
  • Note: Even if the pulp remains a little wet, the juicer will have extracted the maximum amount of juice out of the fruits or vegetables used.
  • All juice extractors leave the pulp a little wet.
