The reversible grilling plate allows you to grill food either on the ribbed side or the flat side. In this way you can enjoy your food exactly how you like it.
The flat side of the plate is suitable for grilling delicate food. The ribbed side creates that irresistible flame-grilled effect.
Note: When you want to grill on the other side of the reversible plate, first let the plate cool down and clean the plate thoroughly. If the plate is not cleaned before you start using the other side, grease or food particles may burn or produce smoke.
Note: When you turn the grilling plate over to the other side, make sure the fixation points are in the proper place and the flush drainage groove is at the front.
