Question

The kneading tool and/or the tool holder for the double-sided shredding/slicing disc cannot be fixed properly on the metal pin in the bowl. What is wrong?

Answer

1) Please check that the tool holder and the kneading tool are free from ingredients.
2) If ingredients are stuck to the kneading tool or tool holder, remove the ingredients and try to fit the kneading tool or the tool holder on the metal pin again.
If the problem persists, please contact the Customer Care Center in your country.
