I can't assemble the motor unit onto the food processor lid. What should I do?


  • Check if you have assembled all parts correctly.
  • The parts are assembled correctly if the arrow head on the bowl points to the closed lock symbol on the cube cutter, and the ribs on the cube cutter and the lid are in line with the raised edges on the handle of the bowl (see picture).
  • If the problem persists, please contact the Customer Care Center in your country.
