1) Check if the cube cutter blade unit is assembled with the logo pointing upward.
2) Check if the cube cutter and the lid are locked into position. The arrow head on the bowl should point to the closed lock symbols on the cube cutter and the lid. The ribs on the cube cutter and the lid should be in line with the raised edges on the handle of the bowl.
