Question

The stickers on the decorative panel of my Sonicare for Kids toothbrush don't stick very well. What can I do to get the stickers to stay on the toothbrush?

Answer

If the stickers are not staying on the toothbrush, first make sure the toothbrush surface is clean and dry. Then try to place the sticker using the recommended procedure: Peel the sticker of your choice from the sheet, taking care that no contamination comes into contact with the adhesive on the sticker. Be sure that the cut-outs on the sticker line up correctly with the cut-outs on the decorative panel. Begin by lining up the long edge of the sticker along the long edge of the panel and pressing a small portion of the sticker at a time onto the panel. By proceeding carefully in this way you will be less likely to cause wrinkles in the sticker, and it will be easier to smooth out any wrinkles that accidentally occur.

If you have followed the directions and your stickers still are not sticking to the toothbrush, it may be that the adhesive on your sheet of stickers is not working as it should. Don't worry -- just contact the Sonicare Support Center and request a new sheet of stickers.
