This problem may be due to below 4 scenarios:
1.There is not enough water in the water tank
Fill the water tank beyond the MIN indication. Press and hold the steam trigger until steam comes out. It may take up to 30 seconds until steam comes out.
2.You have not pressed the steam trigger.
Press and hold the steam trigger until steam comes out.
3.The appliance has not yet fully heated up
Wait for the 'Iron ready' light to change from flashing mode to steady mode.
4.Calc clean has not been performed.
Perform the Calc clean process. Please refer to FAQ "How do I de-scale the appliance?"
