What should I do if the appliance no longer works?


1) One of the three safety switches may not activated.
 Please check if the pulp container, juicing unit and spout are assembled in the right way, i.e. turned to their end position as shown by the locking symbols.

2) The appliance has been switched off during juicing due to overload .
 Try to switch on again or press the pre-clean button continuously. If the appliance works again, continue juicing.
 If pressing the pre-clean button does not help, clean the juicing unit.
