The appliance does not work. What can I do?

  • Check the charging light
During charging, the charge indicator on the adapter (QP252* models) or on the product (all other models) lights up. If the battery charge indicator does not light up, check whether there is a power failure and that the wall outlet is live. If there is no power failure and the wall outlet is live but the battery charge indicator still does not light up, the adapter or product may be broken.
  • Check the blade. The blade might be blocked. Rinse the blade under the faucet with warm water or replace it if it is damaged. If the blade is clogged, the blade can also be soaked in lukewarm water.
  • This appliance is designed to be used with foam or gel or in the shower. For safety reasons, this product does not work when it is connected to a power outlet because electricity and water are a hazardous combination. Be sure to unplug the product before use.
  • QP6520: Check that the product is not on 'travel lock.' Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to deactivate the travel lock.

If the appliance still does not work, please reach out to Philips Consumer Care.
