I don't see my measurement in my app


Please make sure you did pair the thermometer with the app (see preparing for use chapter in the user manual).

The Bluetooth connection of your mobile device can be lost. Make sure the Bluetooth connection on your mobile device is switched on. Or the thermometer was switched off before the data was transmitted. Open the Philips HealthSuite health app and switch on the thermometer. The measurement results will be automatically transmitted to your mobile device.
