There is no or little steam. What should I do?


There are four possible reasons:
Scenario1: The appliance has not heated up sufficiently.
Solution: Wait until the iron ready light stays on continuously. This takes approx. 2 minutes.
Scenario 2:There is not enough water in the water tank.
Solution:Fill the water tank up to the MAX indication.
Scenario 3:Scale has built up inside the appliance because it has not been descaled regularly.
Solution:Descale the appliance and soleplate.
Scenario 4: The hose cord could have been squeezed.
Solution: When ironing, make sure the hose cord is not bent.
Scenario 5:
The appliance is not switch on.
Solution: Insert the plug in wall socket and presss the on/off button to switch on the appliance.
