My Philips SmartPro robot does not work

This article will explain how to reset your Philips SmartPro robot if it does not work or respond.

The robot will return to deep sleep mode every time you set the on/off switch to off ("0") mode or when the battery is empty.

To reset your robot from deep sleep mode:

  1. Make sure the on/off switch on the side of the robot is set to on ("I") and the robot is connected to the charger or plugged-in docking station.
  2. After a few seconds, a charging light will light up on the on/off button on top of the robot when it is successfully connected.
  3. Make sure the robot is fully charged.
  4. Press the on/off button on the remote control or on top of the robot to start a cleaning session.
