If the appliance pulls at your hair, try the following: Do not move the appliance through your hair too quickly.
Stretch your skin and place the appliance on to it at the correct angle (70 degrees).
Clean the appliance according to the instructions in the user manual.
When the batteries are nearly empty, the appliance may pull at a few hairs. If this happens, charge the batteries.
You may have to replace the shaving head because it is worn or damaged.
