Question

Why don’t I hear a sound? Why can’t I hear my baby cry?

Answer

  • The volume of the parent unit may be set too low or may be switched off. Press the top part on the control button to increase the volume level.
  • Perhaps the parent unit is muted, unmute the device by pressing the top part of the control button and adjust the volume.
  • The sensitivity is set too low, adjust the sensitivity in the parent unit's menu to a higher level.
  • The baby unit may be too far away from your baby. Make sure the baby unit is not further than 1.5 meters/ 5 feet away from your baby for optimal sound detection. Closer than 1 meter /3.5 feet increases strangulation hazard.
