Steam leaves stains on the garment, or impurities come out of the steamer head.

There are two possible causes:
1. Scale/calc has formed inside the steamer.
Solution: Perform the de-calc function.
To use the de-calc function, put the steamer down with the de-calc function facing up. When the de-calc door and inlet stopper are opened, invert the steamer to shake off any scale and water deposited inside the chamber.
Warning: Do not pour water, vinegar, descaling agents, or other chemicals into the opening of the de-calc function.
2. You filled the water tank with liquids/additives or descaling agents other than water from the faucet.
Solution: Use only water from the faucet, demineralized water, or filtered water when filling up the water tank.
